This piece was to honor the importance of rest or meditation in the mental chaos of how the artist felt like a glitch to society & the world wanted to delete them. Their my own depression and chronic pain made me feel it was the end. In that intense fear, they distorted my own reality. But then they realized that taking care of myself and focusing on my healing became a tool of survival, embraced that they were a glitch. This became an alternate reality that they were able to seek refuge in. This wall piece seeks to be a home and place of storytelling of how they feel like an alien, a glitch, and other.
